The application allows you to create different types of documents such as CMR, internal CMR and cargo manifest. Documents can be cloned, sent, printed and shared among the other participants such as dispatcher, driver, sender and recipient. Advanced functionality, like chat, notifications and current location of the goods, enables you fast and effective communication between participants.
CMR
Quickly create (smart address search) or simply clone an existing CMR document. Share it with other participants and communicate with them through chat.
E-CMR
Digitalize your business with electronic CMR. Transbook enables you to sign CMR document with e-signature and integrates electronic archiving solution to safely store your data in online.
Cargo Manifest
Simply add the selected CMR document to the cargo manifest and send it to the driver, then monitor the transport status through the user interface.
Document status
Statuses define in what stage of the transport the goods are. They determine whether the goods are waiting for the loading, are on the vehicle, are unloaded, or that the transport has not been carried out.
Document sharing
Easily share documents with other users who are not in your organization. These users can perform actions on the document, depending on the role they are assigned to, when the document is shared.
For easier and simpler transport document handling
Chat enables communication between all participants on the document. It can be used for instructions such as time of loading, unloading or other information on the carriage of goods.
When completing documents web form a customer address is proposed from the central address database.
Notifications are intended for all major activities that happen on the documents. You are thus informed about shared documents, new messages in document chats, etc.
