The purpose of the manifest is a compilation of all the CMRs for 1 transport. If for a given transport, we don't have all the CMR documents available, you can instead create/add internal CMR document, which can be subsequently converted to the original CMR document.
The CMR document is added to the manifest with the action "Add" in the segment of CMR documents. The command "Loaded" displays only those CMR documents that are in the status “Loaded” (all the goods currently on the mean of transport). In the list on the manifest linked CMR documents one document is removed with the action "Remove".
In order to facilitate monitoring of the stage (awaiting load, loaded, etc.) the manifest has a status:
- "Opened" (initial status) -> all CMR documents on manifest in initial status (action Open)
- "Delivery" -> at least 1 CMR document is in status "Loaded" or subsequent status -> set "automatically" (at least 1 CMR document is set to status "Loaded") -> set "manually" (action "On road")
- "Done" -> all CMR documents are in status "Unloaded" (action "Complete")
- "Closed" (final status) -> final status meaning transport completed (action "Close")
Actions for changing the status are on the top of the manifest and are available depending on the current status of the document.
The CMR document enables direct communication (in the segment "Chat") with the persons to whom we have shared the document. It is possible to add a public (visible to all) or a private message (depending on the role), which sees only the specified role (e.g. driver).
Send the message with the command "Send".
After the execution of the action "Send" (user is informed that there is a new message on the document).
Sending of a private message can be done by choosing type of a message under the "Send" action with choosing a role to which the message is intended.
